I notice no one pointed out that her claim of bullying has kicked out and basically all Sampson was guilty of was making a weak ebola joke and to be a non-racist.

Here's a radical thought (I can't believe it's never been tried before...)
Why not wait and get to know a woman properly (dating for a few months, etc) and develop an established relationship with them before you have sex with them, so you can be as confident as you can be that she consents and isn't a nutbar?
Might save men a bit of trouble down the line.

Some rapists rape because they think women are all whores. They wear a condom for their own protection, not out of any 'consideration' for the victim. If they had any consideration for their victims whatsoever, they wouldn't rape them.

Plenty of rapists use condoms. That does not indicate innocence of someone accused of rape.
Though in this case the evidence is stacked in favour of the man, hence the decision of the CPS.

I remember reading that the analysis of women pleading drink spiking had a very very small positive response
The main result was that they had more to drink than they imagined and their partner had found out they had been poked by some random bloke which they now thought better of and were looking for an excuse
